The front desk staff here is INCREDIBLE! They are genuinely so stinking kind. They accommodate you if possible. They serve with a smile, and their customer service is unmatched. I typically hate staying at hotels, but I had such a pleasant experience. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spotless, and everything was fully stocked. Parking lot is great. Breakfast is fresh and very well stocked. Popcorn or cookies were served in the lobby in the evenings. Genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. I am excited to return soon!

For my first ever hotel it was a pretty nice experience. Staff were awesome, room was great, breakfast was good too. Miss Katie was nice and Ms. Manda too (I apologize if i said this wrong). Definitely coming back.
Loved the idea that I can choose my room right on my app before arriving. This saves a lot of time at the front desk. Very impressed by the lovely smells once you enter the building. I was greeted with a bar of different kinds coffee and teas and fruits. The customer service is exceptional as Robert gave me recommendations on my dining options. People here are so down to earth! Oh don’t forget about the hot breakfast it is to die for!!!! Best stay at the Hampton Siloam Springs.
